Easter In Hays (April )

Our first ever Easter in Hays. The kids had a great time, but i think Nana enjoyed having the kids there at her house for Easter more! We spend one entire day going from one Easter Egg hunt to another.... it was a lot of fun! Kids made their anual Easter nest outside for the Easter Bunny to come visit! And did he ever! Mom and Dad also got each of them their own baskets full of goodies. We colored and decorated eggs. The kids pained their own bags this year to take with them on the Easter Egg hunts. The Easter Egg Hunt at Nana and Poppy's was a lot of fun and the eggs were hidden pretty darn well. It took them a while to find them all. Each of them got a golden egg with something special in them! Can't beat that! Thank you Nana and Poppy for having us there for Easter.

Wizard of Oz Exhibit ( May )

We took a trip down the Crown Center to the Wizard Of OZ exhibit. First we got to meet the characters of the movie and got to get our pics taken when them. Bailey was very excited cause she got to wear her favorite pair of ruby red heals! She even got to hold Toto, the dog in the pic! Brooks wasn't as amused as you can see in the pics! He did enjoy the exhibit though. After the exhibit we headed over the Kaleidoscope. the kids always have a good time making all kinds of crafts. The favorite is coloring a board and then putting it an machine that when you crank the wheel yourself it makes a puzzle out of the board you just colored! Super cool!
