Blake had left town to go to be with his mom for her heart surgery. I had taken the kids out to a few stores and when we were walking out to the car after the last store and the kids NOT being on their best behavior, I heard Brooks telling Bailey that " since Daddy was gone, it was going to be just them and mom", and i turned around and said," and what is wrong with that?" Brooks responded back," nothing mom,nothing"
We continued to the car and Brooks turned to Bailey and said," it's gunna be a long one, it's gunna be a long one"
I just smile and kept movin.
I guess because they had gotten in trouble a few times in the stores that he got the feeling that it was going to be rough with just mom around! Ha,HA!!!
